Please respect my time and other clients by giving proper notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the service booked. * No-call/no-show appointments may require a deposit before booking future appointments.
